They had a contract to build 20 tipping utes for the Auckland Council. They were to have cages on the back with a hydraulic lift to tilt the cage and needed to be wired up to the battery with a circuit breaker. It also needed beacons wired up around the vehicle for 360 visibility.
We had a small amount of time to work with the engineering group to build and wire up the council utes. So we wired up the vehicle separately to the body to save time and had the chassis of the ute ready to go and then wired the cages as they were nearly ready to be put on the vehicle. This made the process quick and efficient and we were able to complete our work before the deadline by days.
